Observing/Waiting and Watching Fees-At your request, we will happily stay and wait for your target to return in a subtle/discreet way. $40.00 hr.
Holiday Service Fees- At your request, we will be happy to serve process on any government holiday. $80-$125 fee.
Hazardous/Mentally Unstable Client Fees- Targets that may be mentally unstable or have a Violent Criminal Record may be subject to additional fees ranging from $50-$200 and will be assessed and billed at our sole discretion.
Multiple Serves at one address-Above rate for the first person, $40.00 for each additional person.

Filing Fees- $10-$40 (Plus possible mileage) Depending on the county filed in. 

Additional Fees that may apply-
B/W Printing/Copies-$0.20 per page after 10 pages.
Color Printing/Copies-$0.75 per page.
Scanning/Emailing Documents-$0.50 per page after 10 pages.
Toll Road Fees- Actual Toll Cost.
Mailing Fees- Material and Postage Rates. No Service Fees.

Mileage Fees- In most cases, mileage is included in the above pricing, however under certain circumstances mileage may be billed at the standard rate of 62.5 cents per mile. EG multiple attempts to same address. ect.

Invoicing and Payments- Invoices can be created and submitted Monthly, Bi-weekly, Weekly or for each service. Payments can be made by Cash, Check (Business-Cashiers-Personal), PayPal, CashApp, or Money Order. Payments for service are due upon completion of service. Make all checks out to Odell Process Service LLC Open Invoices after 10 days will incur a late fee of $35.00 per service plus 25% interest.

NON-SERVICE POLICY- We go out of our way to make all reasonable efforts to serve each target quickly and correctly. If we are unable to serve the individual for any reasons including but not limited to: inaccurate addresses, the person has moved, being willfully evasive, not enough information is given, etc. a flat rate of $75.00 will be charged for our efforts and expenses.
